Farewell Autumn.
I already miss you.
I already miss you.
Your crisp mornings
and your mesmerising colours.
and your mesmerising colours.
Watching the trees transform,
leaves dance in the wind and
the way you perform change with grace.
I'll miss sunset walks
and bright-blue cloudless skies
the way you perform change with grace.
I'll miss sunset walks
and bright-blue cloudless skies
on the chilliest of days.
xx
{I've loved this Autumn and its lessons in change, its invitation to step into nature and slow me down. These photos represent the little moments of beauty I've discovered and captured on walks with my girls. I'll miss the gorgeous Autumn days we've spent outdoors - they've felt wondrous in so many ways. Today it felt just like Autumn, but tonight Winter has definitely arrived. Elisa x}
What season do you love most? Will you miss Autumn? x
Wish we have autumn in our country, too.
ReplyDeleteLovely read,as always.:)
Here in the UK, we are supposed to be in late Spring/early Summer. Think Mother Nature/Weather Gods need to get their acts together - tired of cold, rain and winds!
ReplyDeleteLove watching your Autumn! xox
I always say that the Autumn colours feed my soul. And I love to see the tiny new buds appearing just as the leaves are dropping, to see new life at the end of the cycle. Amazing Nature! I enjoy visiting your blog, reading your words. Thankyou, Mrs A
ReplyDeleteI will definitely miss Autumn!I just love its colors!!!
ReplyDeleteAutumn is always such a beautiful time. Lovely words and photos.
ReplyDeleteI have a growing fondness for Autumn. It probably stems from watching the {little} Big Girl stomp, crunch and throw the fallen leaves in delight. It's cool, but not too cold. Still... I'm a Summer girl at heart. Queensland Summers are my favourite. X
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. We don't get the full autumn experience here as so much stays green, but I have been loving connecting with whatever fallen leaves I see and any colour changes xx
ReplyDeleteOh these photos are ever so beautiful! I have to say Autumn is one of my favorite seasons. it is such a time of turning inward. I love it. This post makes me long for it so. xo
